An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Database Report Generators to join a growing team in Victoria. This role is perfect for someone with strong database and reporting experience who also enjoys liaising with clients to gather information and deliver accurate, insightful reports.

The position offers a balance of client services and database/reporting responsibilities with the main focus being data management, report generation, and database maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, load, and maintain data sets for current and new products and services
• Produce accurate statistical and operational reports using Excel and database tools
• Maintain high levels of data quality, following processes and continuously improving data collection methods
• Act as a first point of contact for stakeholders regarding data collection and reporting queries
• Develop expertise in database onboarding and implement more efficient operations
• Support client reporting needs, ensuring timely and professional delivery

About You

• Proven experience working with databases/CRM systems and generating reports
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Ideally, knowledge of MS Access or similar database packages
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders
• Detail oriented with high levels of accuracy and concentration
• Proactive problem solver with the initiative to suggest improvements
