We are seeking a personable and relationship-focused Client Relations Executive to play a key role in building and maintaining strong connections with both existing, lapsed and prospective clients. This is a client-centric position where success is measured by the quality of relationships developed, rather than by strict sales targets or KPI-driven activity. You'll engage with clients to understand their business needs, provide support and guidance, and foster trust through regular communication and a consultative approach.

HOURS: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

START: ASAP

SALARY: £30,000- £35,000pa

LOCATION: Ringwood

THE ROLE:

Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients
Proactively contact new and lapsed clients to introduce or reintroduce company services and products
Build initial relationships with prospective clients and generate interest in offerings
Maintain and cleanse the CRM/database, ensuring all contact information is accurate and up to date
Qualify leads and pass relevant opportunities to the appropriate sales team members
Support the wider business development and sales teams with pipeline generation activities
Conduct market and competitor research to support business growth strategies
Track and update outreach activity, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up actions
Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as requiredEXPERIENCE:

Confident communicator with strong telephone and email outreach skills
Ability to build rapport quickly with new and existing clients
Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
Strong attention to detail, particularly when cleansing and managing data
Proactive and self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
