The successful individual must have a positive and friendly demeaner as you will be firs point of contact for clients and visitors; you will also need a strong background within Reception or a similar role from a professional services environment. It is essential to have a strong Microsoft Office skillset as well as a superb educational background.

The role will entail:

• Ensuring meeting room bookings are managed effectively.
• Greeting and signing in clients and visitors to the office.
• To provide support to other teams as and when necessary.
• Ad hoc administrative tasks.
• Maintain the reception area and report any issues when required.
