The ideal candidate must hold experience in a Front of House or Reception role from a professional services environment and be able to demonstrate a hard-working and methodical approach. It is essential to have excellent customers service skills along with a professional demeaner.

This role will entail:

• Booking meeting rooms and ensure they are managed effectively.
• Being the first point of contact for clients and visitors for the office.
• Ensuring the reception area is tidy and reporting any issues when needed.
• Ad-hoc administrative support to other teams and supporting teams as and when necessary.
