CLIENT SERVICES IFA

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Assistant/Financial Planning Assistant to work for an established and independent Financial Services company-IFA

• Administer new client pensions, investment, and risk contracts.
• Service existing client arrangements.
• Conduct effective liaisons with product providers and strategic partners.
• Update client and product records.
• Assist with the preparation of meeting packs and reports.
• Support training and induction of new Client Service Assistants
• Assist with the writing of basic end of tax year reports in conjunction with the Client Services Executives
• Oversee monthly and annual data quality checks and reporting.
• Administration and Ad hoc Project work
• Excellent communication skills-Written, verbal and face to face
• Polite and professional telephone manner
• Able to communicate at all levels.
• Accurate with numbers and strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritise workload.
• Professional manner and excellent collaborator, whilst able to use initiative
• Financial Service background-IFA or Wealth Management
• Ideally 1 or 2 Qualifications, RO and RO2

• IT Literate with EXCEL
