Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Client Services Manager near Stafford to join an Independent Financial Advice practice.

This company ensure their clients make sense of their options and ensure they have security as well as freedom. They are an ethical financial planning company and have their clients at the forefront of what they do.

They are currently looking to bring on a Client Services Manager to join their existing team in their office in Stafford due to continued success and growth. This is an excellent opportunity and new challenge for an experienced Client Services Manager, to join a well-established financial planning practice.

Duties as a Client Services Manager will involve, but not be limited to:

• Preparing client packs for annual planning meetings, new client meetings etc.
• Processing new business
• Answering calls and dealing with third-party queries
• Preparing valuations and contacting providers for updated
• Manage adviser diaries and booking client meetings accordingly
• Updating the CRM
• File preparation and filing
• And much more

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience working in financial services
• Microsoft office exposure
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients
