We are recruiting for an experienced Group Risk administration team leader. The role involves day to day management responsibilities associated with leading a team of administrators, including coaching and mentoring, as well as contributing to the strategic direction of the Group Risk administration business. Managing the administration associated with a small portfolio of client also forms part of the role.
The role is predominantly based in London and the team to be managed has responsibility for providing operational support to clients in relation to their, Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Group Critical Illness and related schemes.
You will work in a high volume and fast-paced environment, where teamwork and continuous improvement are key. As a business regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority you will be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
