Job Description - Client Success Coordinator

Customer Success Coordinator

Location: Long Buckby, Northamptonshire (Hybrid - 4 days per week in office)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Permanent, Monday to Friday. Ideally full-time but flexible options available.

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected educational consultancy supporting thousands of schools and trusts across the UK and internationally. They are a Founder-run, fast-growing Training Provider with a fantastic reputation within the industry.

Due to their ongoing success, they are expanding their team with a Customer Experience / Training Coordinator to support their professional Trainers by coordinating and supporting the delivery of their virtual and in-person training sessions to Teaching professionals of all levels - ensuring a first-class customer experience through the whole cycle from registration, throughout the course itself and collecting feedback afterwards.

This is a newly-created role in their Customer Success team and a key part of their mission to deliver first-class, educational courses with 100% customer satisfaction and this role will suit a customer-focussed, super-positive individual with exceptional communication skills and a natural, welcoming personality.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate training sessions: send joining instructions, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Manage registrations: maintain accurate participant lists
  • Provide live support: resolve technical issues on Zoom and Teams calmly and efficiently
  • Uphold professional standards: reinforce participant code of conduct positively. Identify when your input is required and willingness to have difficult conversations but in a positive way, for the wider success of the course.
  • Engage with feedback: act on feedback to improve the training experience
  • Collaborate with trainers and colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery

We’re looking for a super-positive individual with previous customer service or administration experience; a background within an education setting is advantageous but by no means essential as your personality is more important here.

You should be organised, proactive, and detail-focused, with a natural enjoyment for problem-solving and providing outstanding customer care. Most importantly, you’ll work well within a small, friendly and supportive, team environment.
