Your new company You'll be joining a successful and expanding financial planning business based in Wythenshawe. The company offers a welcoming, supportive environment where employees are encouraged to develop their knowledge within financial services.
Your new role As Client Care Support, you'll play a key role in ensuring clients receive a professional and efficient service throughout their journey. You'll be responsible for arranging client meetings, managing incoming enquiries and acting as a central point of contact between clients, advisers and external providers.
A key part of the position will involve processing and monitoring Letters of Authority, requesting information from pension providers and financial institutions, tracking outstanding requests and ensuring all documentation is obtained promptly to support adviser recommendations.
You'll also maintain accurate client records, manage shared inboxes, process correspondence, keep stakeholders updated on progress and provide general administrative support to the wider team, helping to ensure a smooth and compliant client experience from start to finish.
What you'll need to succeed We're looking for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and takes pride in putting clients first. You'll have previous experience working in a professional office environment, where you've built strong relationships with customers over the telephone and provided a high standard of support.
You will be organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be liaising with clients, providers and colleagues on a daily basis.
Experience within a professional services environment, such as financial services, legal, insurance, wealth management or accountancy, would be highly advantageous, although candidates with a strong customer-focused administrative background will also be considered. You will also need to be able to commute to the office in Wythenshawe 5 days a week.

What you'll get in return You'll receive a competitive salary of £27,000 - £28,000 alongside a holiday allowance plus your birthday off, pension, free on-site parking, training and development opportunities and more.
