Job Description - Client Support Executive

FJA are recruiting for an experienced Client Support Executive on behalf of our client. You will provide hands-on Administration support to all Customers, Accounts and internal teams.

Client Support Executive role:
  • Managing key customer relationships at all stages
  • Provide support for customers to manage their accounts and products effectively throughout the quote, order and delivery process.
  • Provide quotations where necessary, demonstrating impeccable attention to detail and adhering to specific processes required for that client.
  • Meet agreed SLAs, ensuring that accountability is taken at all stages of the process within the required timescales and actions are delivered to a high standard.
  • Communicate with our customers at the end of their contract to encourage renewal
  • Undertake a range of essential administrative activities for new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate and support all team members as and when required in accordance with department and business objectives.
  • Basic reconciliation of quotes against invoices to ensure all figures are correct.
  • Handle incoming emails and calls
  • Work within a team to deliver the highest levels of client support

This is a varied role which requires a strong balance of Administration and Client support, managing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, as well as supporting internal teams as required. To be considered for the Client Support Executive role you must have a strong background in Administration or Sales Support. You must be computer literate, have excellent communication skills, numeracy and grammar.
