Description

As Client Team Services Manager you will;

• Implement and improve operational procedures and reporting systems.
• Support 4 directors and 3 associates and ensure smooth operations.
• Handle client queries and concerns with professionalism.
• Create, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Profile

A successful Client Team Services Manager should have:

• Experience in a similar role within Real Estate, supporting a sales or client services team.
• Exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and applications.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.

Job Offer
