Clinical Negligence Paralegal

Location: Salford Quays (Hybrid Working)

Salary: Competitive + Bonus Scheme

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

I'm working with a well-regarded law firm based in Salford Quays that’s looking to welcome a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to its expanding team. If you have experience in clinical negligence or personal injury and are looking for a role that offers flexibility, strong progression, and a genuinely supportive culture, this could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting fee earners with a caseload of clinical negligence matters
Drafting legal documents and instructions to counsel
Reviewing medical records and creating chronologies
Preparing bundles and assisting with case progression
Liaising with clients, experts, and third parties
Conducting legal research and helping to move cases forward

What I’m looking for:

Previous experience as a paralegal in clinical negligence or a similar area
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive, team-focused approach
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in this area of law
