Job Description:

The Consulting Room is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to join a prestigious aesthetic clinic based in Kensington. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in the aesthetics industry to lead a successful team, ensure the smooth running of clinic operations, and drive business growth.

Only applicants with aesthetic experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the clinic team, including aestheticians, administrative staff, and practitioners.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, including CQC requirements.
• Manage staff scheduling, rotas, and recruitment to maintain optimal clinic operations.
• Drive sales performance, client retention, and revenue growth through innovative strategies.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training to maintain high standards.
• Ensure the clinic delivers exceptional client care and a luxurious experience at all times.
• Maintain stock levels and oversee inventory management.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, to promote the clinics services.
• Handle client complaints and ensure any issues are resolved professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the aesthetics industry (clinic management experience preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Excellent knowledge of aesthetic treatments, devices, and skincare products.
• Business acumen and a proactive approach to achieving sales and business goals.
• Experience with CQC compliance and industry regulations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using clinic management software and other relevant systems.
• Preference for a trained aesthetician to be able to conduct successful training and provide treatments to patients.
