Clinic Supervisor

As Clinic Supervisor, you are a key member of the Clinic team, responsible for supporting the overall success and culture of the clinic, leading and motivating a team of reception staff to deliver excellent service for patients, colleagues and doctors.

You will assist the Practice Manager in supporting and engaging your team in running the Clinic’s day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth patient journey.

Living and showing the TDP values in action is critical for this role, as well as driving your own performance using the Clinic Supervisor Competency Framework.

This is a hands-on role and will include running the reception at times to suit the business’ needs.

Experience

• Previous clinical reception and administration experience in a Private or NHS setting
• Previous supervisory experience
• Knowledge of patient database systems
• Competent with Microsoft Office software
• Understanding of medical treatments
• Understanding of clinical and pricing documentation
