  4. Maintain and update the audit and research registers, ensuring all associated records are accurate, complete and kept up to date.

  5. Assist with administrative tasks relating to research projects, including maintaining research files and documentation.

  6. Participate in research studies under the guidance of the Director, including contacting patients to complete questionnaires and extracting clinical and demographic information from medical records.

  7. Submit research articles and abstracts for publication and conferences on behalf of the Director, and prepare academic posters based on these submissions.

  8. Produce well‑structured, clearly written research reports with support from the Director.

  9. Translate research publications and findings into accessible, non‑clinical language suitable for patient‑facing materials, marketing campaigns and social media.

  10. Provide administrative support to the Director for the Fellowship Programme.

  11. Take responsibility for organising monthly MDT meetings and business meetings, including scheduling, agendas and documentation.

  12. Adhere to all Fortius policies and procedures at all times.

  13. Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role as required by the line manager.
