Sharpsmart have an opportunity for an experienced visionary Clinical Commercial Director to drive performance, lead innovation, and influence commercial strategy at a national level. Reporting to the Commercial Director this role will have accountability for the Acute healthcare customer portfolio strategy across NHS and private healthcare, this role will own the growth and the retention agenda encompassing a strategic blend of key account development, customer success, and new business acquisition focusing on the clinical approach within the four walls of the healthcare facility.
The Clinical Commercial Director will play an active role in shaping Sharpsmart commercial decisions and will drive the budget for targeted annualised revenue and will be targeted on achieving realised revenue from our existing portfolio with annualised growth targets from budgeted new business. We are looking for an individual who has worked closely with clinical staff, truly understands the complex challenges within the healthcare setting and can support the team in providing solutions that solve the root cause of issues to build long lasting partnerships.
