Location: Westgate-on-Sea
Home Size: 70-bedded – Brand New Care Home
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

We are delighted to be supporting a respected and expanding care provider in the recruitment of a Clinical Deputy Home Manager for their brand new 70-bedded nursing home in Westgate-on-Sea.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the early development of a new service, shaping the clinical standards and leading a dedicated team from the very start.
Role Overview:

Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
Lead the clinical team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
Mentor, supervise, and support nursing and care staff
Participate in care planning, audits, and resident reviews
Act as a positive role model for clinical excellence

Requirements:

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) – essential
Previous experience in a senior nurse or deputy manager role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment
Knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance
