Salary: £39,000 + Annual Pay Reviews + Excellent Benefits
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Hours: 35 per week (8:00 am - 4:00 pm)

HCR is proud to be working with a long-standing charitable care provider with over 75 years of excellence. We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to support the new Nursing Home Manager and uphold the home’s strong reputation and current "Good" CQC rating.

Clinical Deputy Manager - Key Duties:

• Lead and support nursing and care teams

• Drive a resident-first culture

• Oversee training, appraisals, and performance

• Deputise for the General Manager, including on-call duties

• Manage safeguarding and regulatory issues

Clinical Deputy Manager - Requirements:

• Active NMC pin

• Based in the UK

• Strong knowledge of CQC, compliance, and safeguarding
