Healthcare Clinical is seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursing home in Leamington, known for its high-quality nursing, dementia, and residential care. Clinical Deputy Manager Duties:

• Oversee clinical care to ensure compliance with NMC and CQC guidelines
• Lead and manage the care and nursing staff, fostering a supportive leadership environment
• Collaborate with the Nursing Home Manager to ensure the home runs efficiently in all areas

Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements:

• Proven management experience in a nursing home setting
• Active NMC Pin
