Salary: £52,500 per annum + Excellent added benefits!

Career Makers are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursing home in the heart of Walton on Thames, Surrey.

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

* Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home.

* Provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of person-centred care.

* Oversee care planning, medication management, audits and compliance.

* Mentor and support nursing and care staff.

Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

* Valid NMC Pin (RGN or RMN/RNLD).

* Previous experience in a Clinical Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse role.
