We're looking for an experienced Clinical Development Lead to shape clinical development strategy for innovative diagnostic solutions across cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead global clinical development strategies and complex clinical programmes.
Define clinical utility, intended use and evidence requirements.
Partner with Regulatory Affairs on global submissions and health authority interactions.
Build relationships with KOLs, academia and industry partners.
Lead clinical communications, congresses, advisory boards and publications.
Drive innovation, clinical excellence and early pipeline development.
Coach and mentor colleagues across the organisation.About You:

MD or PhD in cardiology, metabolic diseases, obesity or a related field.
Strong CVMD experience within diagnostics, pharma or academia.
Proven IVD/medical device clinical study experience, including protocol design and reporting.
Experience leading complex global programmes and cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, IVDR/IVDD, MDR, FDA and NMPA.
