Clinical Director

We are looking for a skilled and confident Clinical Director to join our successful team at our busy first opinion practice in Farnham!

About the role

This is a full-time role averaging 40 hours a week, which includes weekend working on a shared rota basis (1 in 4), and no OOH. There are varying shifts between 8am and 8pm on weekdays.

About you

You’ll need to be adaptable, flexible and willing to work at all levels. As an experienced Vet, you will be confident with routine surgical and medical cases and enjoy building strong relationships with patients and clients. This role will suit someone who has perhaps completed or close to completion of their PDP. There are also partnership/ownership opportunities for the right candidate.

We’re a large clinical team of 4 vet surgeons, 6 RVNs, one SVN and 2 VCA’s who work closely together to provide a supportive environment for patients, clients, and colleagues alike.

We are close to Farnham town centre with great links to both Gatwick and Heathrow airports and just one hour from London by train. As a purpose-built small animal practice, the surgery is equipped with modern surgical and diagnostic equipment including digital x-ray, ultrasound and in house lab.
