Its current products cover obesity, cardiovascular disease and neurology with other therapeutic areas in its product pipeline.This is an exciting time to join our friendly and supportive team at CLM as our Clinical Product Lead on either 0.6 FTE (3 days) or 0.8 FTE (4 days). You will provide expert advice in the development of our new products and take clinical responsibility for current and future productsWhat you will be doing:Clinical lead for all operational products; acting as CLM’s Clinical Safety Officer and working closely with the Clinical Reference Group to ensure that our products are clinically robust and safe for patient use.Act as Caldicott Guardian, ensuring that patient data is used ethically and appropriately, ensuring appropriate documentation to evidence this.Work alongside the Clinical & Medical Affairs team, CIO and our KOLs in the design and development of our products; supporting the identification and engagement of clinical KOLs to support this work as required.Ensure the Product team is kept up to date on latest clinical developments in areas in which we are developing products or exploring new opportunities (currently hypertension, anticoagulants, obesity /T2D)Work closely with Product Managers; providing expert clinical advice to help them to shape the best possible product proposals; including considering how the product gets adopted into the NHS / other healthcare systems.Oversee the launch and operation of all products from a clinical perspectiveProvide clear medical insight and leadership in conversations with commissioners and clinicians across the UK.Education and experience:Qualified clinician with at least 5 years of recent clinical practiceDesirable skills:Detailed understanding of the NHS system including how services, products and medications are commissionedStrong collaborative worker, able to work across diverse functionsFlexible and open to new ways of working / start up environmentExcellent relationship builder with the credibility to own relationships with senior leaders across the NHS, pharma and other partner / customer organisationsCommercial mindset; able to identify routes to market and valueChange management experience; ideally implementing change in the NHS.Ideally has understanding of delivering digital health transformation.Demonstrable leadership experience within the NHS (or other healthcare system)Who you are:Consistently delivers high-quality outputs at a fast pace, making efficient use of time and company resources.Clear communicator, with ability to work within a team environment.Capable of working autonomously and proactively identifies value-driven work activities.What benefits does Closed Loop Medicine offer:Hybrid working - Our team have the flexibility to work at our Kings Cross, London office as much as they wish, with a maximum of 10 days per month to ensure strong work life balance is maintainedEnhanced annual leave - 25 days plus 3 days for Christmas shutdown annuallyPrivate Medical Insurance plus Healthcare Cash Plan from successful completion of probation8% fixed pension employer contribution minimum from day one of employmentLife Insurance - 4x salary from day one of employment.Enhanced family leave policies
