Key Responsibilities:

• Leading, supporting, and inspiring a team of nursing staff
• Overseeing induction and ongoing clinical supervision
• Planning and coordinating care tailored to individual needs
• Ensuring compliance with NMC, CQC/CI, and internal standards
• Creating a positive and proactive care environment

Key Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• A valid NMC PIN
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a nursing home
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for quality care
• The right to work in the UK
