About the Role of Clinical Lead:

We're looking for a dedicated Clinical Lead to join a newly expanded and modern 66-bed care home in Weymouth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, forward-thinking care provider that truly values dignity, compassion, and person-centred care. As a Clinical Lead, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional, hands-on nursing care while working alongside a skilled and supportive team. Your role will involve maintaining high clinical standards and governance, supported by the management team you will ensure residents receive the best care.

Key Responsibilities for the Clinical Lead include:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care

Accurately maintain and update care plans

Support the manager in the day to day running of the home

Support and guide the nursing team

Promote safety, safeguarding, and dignity in all aspects of care

Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals

Communicate clearly with residents and their families

What We're Looking For in the Clinical Lead:

MC registered nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

Strong clinical knowledge and skills

Excellent communication and teamwork

A caring, professional and proactive approach

A passion for promoting best nursing practice

Ability to train, support and mentor others

A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, Dols, CQC and compliance
