Dorking, Surrey | 40 hrs per week

Join a luxury care home in Dorking as Clinical Lead and help deliver the highest standards of nursing and dementia care in a beautiful, supportive setting.

The Role:

• Lead, supervise, and inspire clinical and care teams
• Oversee quality through audits, training, and policy implementation
• Assess potential residents and liaise with key stakeholders
• Support the Home Manager with all clinical operations
• Participate in on-call duties as required

About You:

• RGN/RMN with valid NMC PIN
• Proven leadership/mentoring experience
• Care home nursing experience desirable
• Strong communication & organisational skills
