Clinical Lead

We are looking for a Clinical Lead (RGN / RMN) to work in a nursing, dementia and residential award winning care home in Macclesfield. This comes with a salary of £25 per hour (£52,000 per annum) and excellent benefits.

You will be working 42 hours a week, working with a dedicated, hard-working and friendly team. The company recently won Best Care Home Group of The Year!

Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home
Leading the care team and forming strong relationships with residents, relatives and MDT
Responsible for delivering the highest standard of care and taking responsibility in the HMs absence, supervising and coaching colleagues.
To apply for this Deputy Nurse Manager role, you will need to be a qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC number and a good knowledge of the most up to date clinical practices. Experience as a Clinical Lead / Deputy Home Manager in a care home environment is preferred.
