Your Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Oversee robust care plans and ensure strict adherence to all regulatory frameworks and safeguarding policies.
  
• Team Leadership: Elevate team performance through active coaching, mentoring, and clinical updates.
  
• Strategic Decisions: Use your expertise to handle complex clinical situations and lead quality -improvement projects.
  

About You

• Qualified: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration.
  
• Educator: Holds a recognized teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
  
• Expert: Strong background in gerontology, clinical policy frameworks, and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
  
• Leader: A compassionate, person -centered mentor with proven experience in performance management.
