Clinical Lead Nurse – Luxury Post-Operative Service | Up to £25 per hour | 37.5 hours per week

Our client, a premium post-operative recovery service offering high-end, short-term care, is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to take the reins of the nursing team and ensure clinical excellence across the service. This role is predominantly supernumerary, giving you the dedicated time to lead, mentor, and uphold the highest standards of care—while remaining hands-on and clinically involved when needed.

You’ll play a vital role in shaping the care experience for clients recovering from surgery in a luxury, person-centred environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, motivated nurse ready to step into a senior leadership role with purpose and autonomy.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration

• Previous experience as a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or equivalent senior role

• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, clinical governance, and care planning

• A background in hospital, surgical, or high-dependency care is highly desirable

• Confident leadership and team management abilities

• Excellent communication, organisation, and mentoring skills

• A calm, professional approach with a genuine passion for patient-centred care
