• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the Orthopaedics department.
• Lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality patient care within Orthopaedics.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols and guidelines in Orthopaedics.
• Mentor and support the professional development of the Orthopaedics team.

Qualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration or equivalent qualification in Orthopaedics.Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within Orthopaedics.Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in Orthopaedic care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
