£60- 65 per hour

Length of Contract: 6 months +

Location: Exeter- In Office with flexibility after 6 months

DK Recruitment are working with a respected law firm in Exeter seeking an experienced Locum Solicitor to support their busy Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned litigator to join a supportive team and manage a diverse caseload of both fast-track and multi-track claims, with an immediate start and ongoing potential.

Key Details:

• Start: ASAP
• Location: Office-based in Exeter
• Duration: Initial 6 months, likely to extend
• Hours: Full-time preferred (flexibility considered)

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE

• Solid experience handling both clinical negligence and personal injury matters on both fast-track and multi-track claims

• Ability to manage own caseload from instruction through to resolution
• Strong litigation and client care skills
• Available for an office-based role throughout the duration of the assignment
