Clinical Negligence Associate

Douglas Scott are currently working with a highly regarded defendant law firm who are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence associate to join their growing team in Manchester. As a Clinical Negligence Associate, you will be working alongside a Senior Associate or Partner on a caseload of catastrophic clinical negligence claims in addition to running your own smaller caseload alongside this. You will gain exposure to varied and complex work and there will be lots of opportunity to progress as you develop within the role.

The ideal candidate should have between 1-5 years' PQE and have previous experience of handling or assisting on Clinical Negligence cases, either claimant or defendant. Candidates with strong defendant Personal Injury experience who are keen to retrain into Clinical Negligence will also be considered.
