Job Description - Clinical Negligence Associate

Defendant Clinical Negligence Associate - Birmingham - £60,000 DOE

My client is a top tier UK law firm and they are looking to bring in a Defednant Clinical Neglgience Solicitor to join their team in Birmingham. The role has come about due to an increase of work from NHSR.

The Role:

You'll be joining a highly respected clinical negligence team, acting primarily for NHS Resolution and private healthcare providers. In the role you will be:

Running your own caseload of fast-track and multi-track matters.
Assisting Partners on complex, high-value claims, often exceeding several million pounds.
The opportunity to specialise in a particular area of interest, for example birth injury where you will be working alongside leading experts in the field.

About You:

2-5 years PQE with strong clinical negligence experience
Confident in handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
A team player who is keen to develop expertise in a specialist area.

Salary & Benefits:

£60,000 DOE
Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH (court attendance counts as an office day)
25 days annual leave plus Christmas shutdown
