Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Coventry

The client, a progressive and highly respected law firm, is looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its Claimant Personal Injury team.

In this role, you will manage your own caseload, handling both new and ongoing clinical negligence claims, including litigated matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting clients and witnesses in person
• Attending Court hearings
• Liaising with barristers, medical experts and other professionals
• Preparing key legal documents

You will also be involved in valuing claims and negotiating settlements to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

You will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, a proven track record with high-value claims and a strong billing history. You should also be experienced in dealing with both pre-litigated and litigated claims. Excellent communication and client care skills are essential.
