Job Description - Clinical Negligence Paralegal

I am currently working with a Top Tier law firm seeking a Paralegal to join their Clinical Negligence team in Bath

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in clinical negligence or personal injury, looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support fee earners on complex cases and manage lower-value claims under supervision
Draft legal documents and conduct research
Maintain accurate file management and adhere to confidentiality policies
Contribute to business development and attend BD events
Time-record and work towards fee targets

What They’re Looking For:

Previous legal experience (ideally in clinical negligence or PI)
Strong organisational and written communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and legal software
Ambitious, proactive, and client-focused
