The appointed Solicitor will be dealing with a range of matters relating to clinical negligence, advising a diverse range of clients on challenging cases from inception right through to conclusion.

• The firm is seeking Lawyers with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join its growing clinical negligence department.

• The role is suited for candidates with experience managing clinical negligence matters as you will be expected to manage and oversee your own independent caseload with minimal supervision, fee-earn, meet agreed upon targets and deadlines, and undertake your own administrative work.

• Additionally, you must be up to date with current caselaw and proposed changes in fixed costs / pre-action protocol for cases under £25k.

• While not essential, previous experience with personal injury claims is also highly desirable.

• You should be competent and confident, with excellent verbal and written communication to build strong relationships with clients, key contacts, and the rest of your team, to facilitate the delivery of exceptional client care.
