Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Defendant)

Industry renowned nationally, my clients' Defendant Clinical Negligence team in Liverpool is expanding. The team is looking to enhance its already strong team with the addition of an experienced and ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor. 

The department acts on behalf of the NHSLA and covers a multitude of matters from relatively straight forward Clinical Negligence cases right up to Catastrophic Injury claims of great complexity.

The firm hopes to hire an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (with upwards of three years' qualified experience as a guideline) who can demonstrate the ability to run claims from initial instruction right through to trial. Ideally, you will have experience gained within a Defendant Clinical Negligence team; however, Clinical Negligence Solicitors from a Claimant background with a real desire to act on high-quality defended matters are also encouraged to apply.
