Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A progressive, Top100 law firm with offices located nationally is currently looking to expand their fast growing Clinical Negligence team based in Oxford.

The team is looking for a NQ- 3 year PQE Clinical Negligence Solicitor that is able to deliver a high standard of legal advice to clients and handle a case-load of a variety of different medical negligence files; cases are often high value and complex matters.

Duties include:

• Ability to work in a team and independently on Clinical Negligence files (and some Personal Injury)
• Communicating and dealing directly with clients
• Business Development and marketing duties

Skills and experience needed:

• Previous Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury experience
• NQ – 3 year PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Urdu Speaking (preferable, although not essential)
