The firm is recruiting for an experienced lawyer to handle their own caseload and have supervisory responsibility for more junior members of the team.

Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a clinical negligence solicitor who can demonstrate:

• Good technical knowledge. You should be able to handle your own caseload with minimum supervision with at least 5 year pqe in litigated clinical negligence work.
• Ideally defendant clinical negligence litigation experience. Claimant experience will be considered but you will need to demonstrate a sound technical knowledge and will have handled your own litigated work from inception to trial.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a close knit team.
