Job Description - Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A highly respected national law firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor or Associate (NQ–6 PQE) to join their leading Healthcare Litigation team in London.

The Role:
Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence and healthcare litigation matters on behalf of NHS organisations, healthcare providers, and medical defence bodies. The role includes trial preparation, witness statements, mediations, settlements, and client training. Opportunity for client secondments and business development involvement.

About You:

NQ–6 PQE Solicitor/Associate with healthcare litigation or clinical negligence experience
NQ candidates must have completed a clinical negligence seat
Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills
Confident managing deadlines and working in a collaborative team environment
