Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims, with full supervision and support
• Assist on more complex and high-value matters handled by senior solicitors
• Conduct case planning, investigations and evidence gathering
• Ensure compliance with clinical negligence pre-action protocols
• Issue and serve legal proceedings and manage litigation through to trial
