Job Opportunity: Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Location: Glasgow

Overview:

We are seeking a Solicitor with 1-5 years of experience to join a busy Clinical Negligence Team. This role offers excellent development opportunities within a supportive and modern work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical negligence claims, including pre-litigation and litigation
• Provide legal advice and court advocacy, instructing Counsel and expert witnesses
• Handle a variety of cases such as delayed diagnosis, hospital negligence and surgical claims

Experience Required:

• 1-5 years PQE in Clinical Negligence or similar role
• Advocacy skills and knowledge of court procedures
• Excellent communication, organisational and client handling skills
