A highly respected Legal 500 firm in South Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (3–6 years' PQE) to join its expanding specialist team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to handle complex, high-quality work within a supportive and well-regarded practice.

The Role:

You’ll join a busy department with a strong reputation in claimant clinical negligence matters. You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload from start to finish, including:

• Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis claims
• Surgical and obstetric negligence
• Fatal accident claims and inquests
• Hospital and GP negligence
• Complex, high-value multi-track cases

You’ll work alongside recognised experts and have the opportunity to get involved in client development and mentoring of junior staff.

What The firm’s Looking For:

• A qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 3–6 years' PQE
• Proven experience handling your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence files
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A strong eye for detail and ability to manage complex litigation
• A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to the wider success of the team
