Job Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Doncaster (Hybrid Working Available)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of clinical negligence claims, including serious injury claims arising from medical errors, including diagnostic failures, surgical errors, and birth injuries. The successful candidate will guide clients through the legal process, working closely with medical experts to build strong cases.

Required Application Criteria:

• 
  You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
  Previous experience in clinical negligence law is essential
  Applications from all PQE levels are welcome, although ideally you will be NQ to 2 years PQE
