This firm is currently seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor 4–8 years PQE to join its Birmingham-based team, a nationally recognised leader in complex clinical negligence litigation.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own caseload of high-quality medical negligence matters from the outset, with support from an expert team.

You will:

• Handle a wide variety of complex cases including:
  
  • Cancer claims
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Fatal claims and inquest work
  • GP and hospital negligence
  • Pregnancy and gynaecology injuries
  • Surgical claims
• Work to secure interim payments to support early client rehabilitation and care needs
• Act for claimants in actions against NHS Trusts, private clinicians and GPs
• Collaborate with a team recognised for its litigation strength and client-focused approach

About You:

• 4 – 8 years PQE
• Proven ability to manage your own litigated caseload
• Strong client care skills, with empathy and integrity at the core
• Highly organised, commercially aware and solutions-focused
• Open-minded and proactive — always seeking better ways of working
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
