I'm working with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm based in Salford Quays that’s looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor at Grade A or B level. What you’ll be doing:

• Managing your own caseload of clinical negligence files, including complex and high-value claims
• Running cases from instruction through to resolution or trial
• Drafting detailed legal documents, instructions to counsel, and expert reports
• Overseeing the work of junior fee earners where appropriate
• Liaising with clients, medical professionals, counsel, and insurers
• Maintaining the highest standards of client care and compliance

What I’m looking for:

• A qualified Solicitor with Grade A or B experience in clinical negligence
• Proven track record in handling a full and varied caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the litigation process
• Confident communication and negotiation skills
• A compassionate and proactive approach to client service
