An award-winning, national law firm that specialises exclusively in high-value Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury cases is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their highly regarded team in the heart of Birmingham.

This firm is known for handling some of the most complex and high-value clinical negligence matters in the UK and will often taking on cases that others have decline to then secure multi-million-pound settlements for their clients.

As well as running your own caseload, that will include high value complex matter such as birth injury, you will also assist other Solicitors with their complex caseload. Due to the collaborative nature of the work you will gain exposure to a large variety of work. There are no billing targets because of this.

The team is highly ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, and solicitors in the department hold respected accreditations, including from The Law Society and the Brain Injury Group.
