Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Hybrid

A thriving boutique firm in Manchester is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team. In this role you will handle high-value clinical negligence claims from inception to completion to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and results.

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:

• Manage a caseload of high-value clinical negligence claims of the utmost severity.
• Conduct initial client interviews and provide clear, empathetic legal advice.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on case progress.
• Support clients who may be traumatised, injured, or vulnerable.
• Engage in negotiations with defendant solicitors and insurers.
• Work to achieve fair settlements or pursue litigation where necessary.
• Calculate and justify compensation, including for general damages, loss of earnings, and future care.
• Adhere to regulatory standards, including SRA and GDPR requirements.
• Maintain accurate, timely records on case management systems.
• Manage costs and profitability of cases in line with firm policy

Skills and experience required:

• A qualified Solicitor with 4 years PQE in Clinical Negligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to client care.
