Role Overview:

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload from inception to completion.
• Handle Elder Abuse cases and high-value Serious Injury claims.
• Take charge of a claimant caseload of Clinical Negligence matters, requiring a proactive and results-driven approach.

Candidate Requirements:

The firm is looking for a solicitor who can hit the ground running and effectively manage claims. The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in claimant Clinical Negligence cases.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and client care skills.
