Clinical Pharmacist

Are you a Clinical Pharmacist with a background in hospital work? If so, we are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a collaborative pharmacy team in a Norwich based Hospital. This full-time role with a salary of up to £50,000 with a £2,000 joining bonus (T&Cs apply).

As a Clinical Pharmacist, your responsibilities will include :

Providing comprehensive and effective clinical pharmacy services to designated wards.
Leading and developing elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve patient experience.
Contributing proactively to ensure optimal medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate for this Clinical Pharmacist role should be:

Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK) as a Pharmacist.
Experienced in a hospital setting (desired).
